PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photos are accurate. However, colors and materials may appear differently depending on your screen or device. All descriptions, specifications, products, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse orders

  • Modify or discontinue products or services

  • Change prices without notice

BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
We may cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors

You acknowledge that we may use third-party services to process payments. We are not responsible for any errors or security breaches by those payment processors.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, new releases, or high-volume periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

If a product is a pre-order, it will be clearly noted in the product description with an estimated ship date. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change based on production and transit timelines.

We currently ship from Los Angeles, California (USA) to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout. We may offer free or flat-rate shipping based on order total, destination, or promotional campaigns. These thresholds are subject to change and will be displayed on product or cart pages when applicable.

CARRIERS

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or errors, we will help resolve the issue or send a replacement whenever possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return and place a new order.

EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions listed above. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them back. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
