Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Since Wild Duchess is a small, independent brand, we pack and ship orders in batches, so processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page, rather than the standard processing time. You’ll receive an email once your order ships.

Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and EU. If you're outside these areas and would love to order, drop us an email, and we'll see what we can do!

Wild Duchess is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply once your order arrives in your country, outside the US. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We currently ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means:

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email hello@wildduchess.com with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.Exchanges are subject to availability — the fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order.
